We're building a registered breeding program on St. Croix sheep — a hair breed prized for parasite resistance, easy lambing, and no shearing required. Alongside the breeding program, we're working toward a high-end lamb offering raised on our own pasture.
This is a multi-year build. We're growing our flock, developing pasture and infrastructure on our expansion acreage, and doing it the right way rather than rushing it.
